Bu yap\u0131lar, bireylerin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenler, toplumsal d\u00fczenin s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flar ve ortak de\u011ferlerin aktar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kurumsal Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n Temel Mant\u0131\u011f\u0131:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Toplumsal \u0130\u015flev<\/strong>: Her kurum, toplumsal yap\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fleyi\u015fine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayan bir i\u015fleve sahiptir (\u00f6rne\u011fin aile, neslin devam\u0131n\u0131 ve toplumsalla\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flar).<\/li><li><strong>Normatif Yap\u0131<\/strong>: Kurumlar, belirli norm ve kurallara dayan\u0131r.
