Fakat modernle\u015fme, kentle\u015fme ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerle birlikte bu ili\u015fkilerin zay\u0131flad\u0131\u011f\u0131, hatta b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde i\u015flevini yitirdi\u011fi g\u00f6zlenmektedir. Bu s\u00fcreci anlamak i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 sosyolojik dinamik \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Kentle\u015fme ve Anonimle\u015fme:<\/strong> Sanayile\u015fmeyle birlikte k\u0131rsaldan kente g\u00f6\u00e7 h\u0131zland\u0131. K\u0131rsalda kom\u015fuluk, g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez bir par\u00e7as\u0131yken; kentlerde n\u00fcfus yo\u011funlu\u011fu, apartmanla\u015fma ve y\u00fcksek hareketlilik bireyleri birbirine yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Georg Simmel\u2019in vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, modern kent ya\u015fam\u0131 \u201canonim ili\u015fkileri\u201d besler. \u0130nsanlar kom\u015fular\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131madan ayn\u0131 apartmanda ya\u015fayabilir h\u00e2le geldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. \u00c7ekirdek Aileye Ge\u00e7i\u015f ve Aile \u0130\u00e7i Yo\u011funla\u015fma:<\/strong> Eskiden geni\u015f aile ve mahalle dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 vard\u0131. \u00c7ocuklar sokakta b\u00fcy\u00fcr, kad\u0131nlar kom\u015fuluk \u00fczerinden g\u00fcndelik dayan\u0131\u015fma a\u011flar\u0131 kurard\u0131. Bug\u00fcn ise \u00e7ekirdek aile modelinin bask\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131, bireylerin sosyal deste\u011fi yaln\u0131zca kendi aile \u00e7ekirde\u011finde aramas\u0131na neden oldu. B\u00f6ylece kom\u015fuluk, toplumsal bir g\u00fcvenlik a\u011f\u0131 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Ekonomik ve Zaman Bask\u0131s\u0131: <\/strong>Neoliberal ekonomiyle birlikte i\u015f temposu ve bireysel rekabet artt\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri uzad\u0131, insanlar kom\u015fuluk ili\u015fkilerine ay\u0131racak vakit bulamaz hale geldi. Pierre Bourdieu\u2019n\u00fcn \u201czaman sermayesi\u201d kavram\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131klanabilece\u011fi gibi, bireyler zamanlar\u0131n\u0131 stratejik olarak i\u015f, aile ve ki\u015fisel geli\u015fime y\u00f6nlendirdiler; kom\u015fuluk bu \u00f6ncelikler aras\u0131nda geri planda kald\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Mek\u00e2nsal Tasar\u0131m\u0131n Etkisi: <\/strong>Geleneksel mahalle d\u00fczeninde evler avlulara, sokaklara a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r; ortak alanlar (\u00e7e\u015fme, f\u0131r\u0131n, bakkal) sosyalle\u015fme mek\u00e2nlar\u0131 olurdu. Modern apartman ve site ya\u015fam\u0131nda ise g\u00fcvenlikli alanlar, y\u00fcksek duvarlar ve kapal\u0131 sosyal tesisler, hem fiziksel hem de sembolik s\u0131n\u0131rlar yaratt\u0131. Bu da Zygmunt Bauman\u2019\u0131n dedi\u011fi gibi \u201cak\u0131\u015fkan modernite\u201dnin bireyleri yaln\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n mek\u00e2nsal bir tezah\u00fcr\u00fc oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Teknolojik \u0130li\u015fkilerin Yerine Ge\u00e7mesi: <\/strong>Kom\u015fuluk ili\u015fkileri, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde sosyal medya ve dijital ileti\u015fim taraf\u0131ndan ikame edildi. \u0130nsanlar yak\u0131n \u00e7evresindekilerle de\u011fil, \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i topluluklarla ba\u011f kurmay\u0131 tercih ediyor. Bu durum, Manuel Castells\u2019in \u201ca\u011f toplumu\u201d kavram\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir: Sosyal a\u011flar mek\u00e2nsal yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fil, dijital ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 merkeze al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel De\u011ferlerde D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm: <\/strong>Geleneksel toplumlarda misafirperverlik, yard\u0131mla\u015fma ve kom\u015fuluk bir ahlaki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck iken, modern toplumlarda bireysel s\u0131n\u0131rlar ve mahremiyet \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u201cKap\u0131 kom\u015fusu\u201d art\u0131k s\u00fcrekli girip \u00e7\u0131kan de\u011fil, sadece gerekti\u011finde selamla\u015f\u0131lan biri haline geldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eski kom\u015fuluk ili\u015fkilerinin yok olu\u015fu, tek bir nedene de\u011fil; modernle\u015fmenin \u00e7ok boyutlu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne dayan\u0131r. Kentle\u015fme, bireyselle\u015fme, mek\u00e2nsal tasar\u0131m, teknolojik ileti\u015fim ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerdeki de\u011fi\u015fim birle\u015ferek kom\u015fulu\u011fu eski i\u015flevinden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131.
